Radio Show Experience

So far our group has competed the first bumper, commercial and a preview. The process involved inputs from all team members as we worked not only on our own segments but on each others as well. Our show has a nature theme that is broken into several related segments. My segment is a call in and ask part where I play an inexperienced calling in for advice for my first trip. To answer my questions is special guest host Bear Grylls who’s input, provided by clips from his show, will provide interesting takes to my dilemmas. The other segments seems really interesting and help make nature a fun and interesting topic. Compiling the whole show seems easy to tackle. We will individually record our own segments and then come together to compile and add in transitions. The only problem we have run into so far is coming up with additional background sounds. But with some time and through I think we will have more than enough sounds of nature filling in the background. Hopefully we will stay within our time limits but how great each persons segments our coming out it will be hard to edit for the best of the best.
