TDC52

This is a picture of me leaping onto my friend. The assignment was to take a picture of  a leap. I chose this because often we take leaps of faith with people in our lives and this physical action shows that sometimes those leaps turn out to be great things!

TDC57

This is a picture of the world. I chose to take a picture of the clouds hiding the sun because the sun and the clouds see all of the world, and often times they determine the mood of all of the poeple of the world.

TDC59

This was a picture of a tiny tree in the woods. I  took the picture at night, so I took the black night and made it the tree, and took the dead tree and made it the night sky. I had a lot of fun with this one!

TDC60

In this one we had to take a circle and color is how we felt that day. I was very happy when I did this one so I chose yellow because it is very vibrant. I have the greenish-black outline because part of me was still very reserved and laid back as well.

TDC62

For this TDC we had to take a picture of something looking from the inside out. I had to use this picture. Even though it was a decrative coffin, it was still creepy to stand in it. It made me think about death and what I would be leaving behind me.

TDC63

This is a picture of ST. Peter’s Church in Rome, Italy. I have never been to Italy, but that is where my extended family is from, and I have always wanted to go. I chose this church because it is beutiful. And because both of my parents were raised Roman Catholic, so I thought this was representative of where I come from.

FOr all of the pictures that required editing I used fotoflexer.com. This was a fun and easy way to play around with colors and shaping.
