I prefer to do my creative thinking and writing outside at beautiful places. Or, when it’s winter, at least looking out my window at the snow. However, since I spen dmost of my time on campus, I do most of my work here at my desk. I usualy write my creative pieces on my MacBook here. To the left you see a stack of books (only a few) that I am working on reading. I have my printer behind that and my calender which keeps me on schedule for all of my work. I have a few personal items on the top shelf, pictures, gifts from people, to remind me of what I love and not get completely lost in my work.

I recently have been playing around with the idea of writing a book. I tried once and wrote about one hundred pages, only to burn it. However, I think I’ll type is this time, that way I can do my research more readily.
