I decided to do a tutorial for the “Splash the Color” assignment. It is pretty simple.

Go to http://picnik.com/

Click “Upload Photo” in the upper left hand corner.

Choose the file from your computer of the picture you wish to edit.

Go into “Create” mode (at the top).

Apply the black and white effect.

Click on the small brush and brush over the region that you want the color to return to.

Save the image to your computer and you are finished!
