8/27 Week One: Introduction and Getting Started

During week one of DS106 I found a few things to be quite challenging. I honestly felt that this course was more of a tutorial and less of a free for all. So far with the instructions of my professor and online tutorials i’m learning quite a bit. I’ve learned how to create and customize a blog site supported by a hosted domain. I also learned that in order for my goals to be met, I must exceed all expectations and just work hard. I am really excited though to have been making the progress that I have thus far. Things for me have been very hectic this first week with all the semester breaks but i believe things will soon look up.
