This assignment I created myself and I thought I would use it for my Mashup Star Requirements.  This puts me over 7 at a total of 8, but I rated mine so I hope it’s appropriate!

This assignment was actually a lot more difficult than I thought it would be, but I had a lot of fun messing around with the audio.

Basically, I wanted to create a challenging yet extremely rewarding assignment.  You are to take two different songs and cut portions of them and put them together to make your own song.  This can be as abstract or straight forward as possible.  I really like the different ways that this assignment can be interpreted and completed.

I created a tutorial for the assignment which can be found here.  If you are going to try this assignment out, I highly recommend you check out the tutorial because I included quite a few different ways to do this assignment and hopefully provided some tips and hints to completing it as well.

I’ve gone over this assignment both in my tutorial and also in a reflection for my completed assignment so I don’t want to create too much repetitive talk about the assignment.
