Step into spring

Spring is finally here which means we can ditch the Uggs and Snow boots and step into the season with style with the lastest trends

Platform Sneakers

We first saw Platform sneakers make a debut nearly a decade ago with Spice girls but they have recently made a comeback. Some might think they are reminiscent of orthopedic shoes or Franenstein-like, but its quite the contrary. These shoes are very stylish and come in a variety of different patterns and colors. The best part about them is that they are so easy to walk in. Shoe designer Jeffrey Campbell has specialized a collection called “HOMG” featuring the platform sneakers that ranges from floral print to Camo. These sneakers range from $65 to $80. I’ve recently had the chance to pick up a few pair of my own.IMG_4080 IMG_4067

Elegant strap Heels

Every girl should own at least one pair of simple, sophisticated heels. You can pair them with nearly everything. They are universal as you can wear them to a funeral or on a date. This kind of shoe would be perfect to wear to a job interview because they scream elegance.  Here we have three pair of heels, all with similar styles but are so different. The first pair on the left are black and gold, this would look good paired with your favorite little black dress. The middle pair displays one of last springs biggest trends, “colorblocking” This shoe would go nice with a splash of color like a peach or orange toned dress or even a pink skirt and a solid colored top. The last pair have an invisible heel which makes it easy to pair with just about anything. I would wear this with black tapered pants and a white blazer,   simple yet business casual. You can find these style of heels in Zara.IMG_4089IMG_4085
