Falling For You

Now, the Fandom Princess gained her romantic view on life from none other than her very own parents, the King and Queen. She remembered when she was just a tiny Princess, watching the King and Queen sing to one another in their enchanted garden. They were underneath the fairy tree which was illuminated by the fairies as they played music to go along with the voices of the King and Queen. They held hands softly and swayed with one another, quietly enjoying each other’s presence. And as the Princess looked on, she felt her heart swell, as this was the first time she had witnessed a form of love so sweet, so sensitive, and so sincere.

Well, this was a great week for movies and blogging (two of my favorite things of course, haha). It started with me being on the Google Hangout Chat where we discussed Reading Movies! Of course, I couldn’t stray away from my favorite movie, Titanic (I am a romantic), but the overall conversation was about the techniques and cinematography of movies and how they further enhanced the story that the film was trying to tell.

Secondly, we had a list of required blog posts that we had to do! I tell y’all, I had a blast doing these assignments. Possibly because they all revolved around movies, which I love, but it was great to kind of just chill and do research on some behind the scenes stuff, and even have an excuse to sit and watch Youtube clips. Well, without further ado, here are the links to my various assignments! Roll call!

Here is the blog post with my daily creates from the week. I hope y’all enjoy the singing my sister and I do in the video. It’s from a favorite Disney movie of ours. Maybe you’ll recognize it?

Here is the 3 time review of one of the most recognizable “Matrix” scenes ever! Enjoy.

You can find my montage of clips as well as the production and genre information that I found about the movie here! I amazed myself with a lot that I already knew about the movie/genre. Guess I’m cut out to be a screenwriter one day after all.

And lastly, here is my take on genre!

That’s it for blog posts for this week. Also, I didn’t download any additional editing tools except for MPEG-Streamclip, which I had from a while ago. I plan on using the Movie-Maker on my computer for a lot of the editing. I’ve got a bit of experience with it. As far as video assignments go, I’m really interested in tackling the assignments Play by Play and Sports Mashup. With both assignments, I could already see the exact clips that I would use and how much I’m going to have with them!

Until next week everyone! Princess out!
