To make this Gif, I followed this tutorial. I wanted to do something simple and fun.

I opened up a new layer. I didn’t care about the size. Then I opened up my feet in the canvas. I added the background layer. Then duplicate each layer and moved the feet. Finished it with the I’m lost. Next I clicked Window>Timeline. Then I dragged all layers into the timeline. Fixed it so that way they are in order. Once done, I went to File>Save for Web, which is were the Gif format is located.
