So for the tutorials I chose, I was just gonna do the assignments I recently created (fresh in my mind, and might as well show how I did my own).  So for the first one “Imitative Polyphony,” all I did was go to GarageBand as we’ve seen many times in the past.  So first step is you need to make sure you add a new “bar” (or two as you need another one later) by clicking on the plus sign in the bottom left corner so that you can record.  It gives you the option of adding a software instrument or real instrument, make sure to click on real so you can record your voice.  Next step is just record whatever short song you can think of (ie: row row row your boat, happy birthday, etc…).  After this, just copy that recording, paste it on the line below it and slide it over a bit so it starts at a later time frame, doesn’t really matter how far you push it down, just as long as there is a clear gap between the two.

For the other assignment, Larger Than Life, all I wanted to try to do was capture something visually in a way of making it look larger than life.  In order to do this I tried to make my fridge seem drastically bigger than normal, so I got down on the ground and aimed up in order to make it seem like I was miniscule in comparison.

These assignments I gave a combined 3 stars (2 and 1 respectively) so they shouldn’t be too difficult and I’m sure can be done in a bunch of different ways as well.
