Mermaid Jewels

The Prince, handsome as he was, would frequently visit the mermaids in the north, for he knew they were so charmed by him that they would swim down to the bottom of their waters to dig up special water jewels and gems. Although the gems were going to his beloved Fandom Princess, he never told this to the mermaids, as they are crazy jealous beings. The jewels that they would bring up from the bottom of the lakes would be indescribably beautiful and priceless, only the best for his darling Princess. He would pay the mermaids in silver coins, as they used them for melding magical artifacts. When he would present the jewelry to the Princess, each time, her eyes would light up in happiness and she would repay the Prince in various amounts of kisses.

In addition to our assignment Storytelling in the Web that we had to do this week for our web assignments, we have to complete 5 stars worth of other web assignments! I decided to do an assignment that was similar to the storytelling one called Youtube it Your Way! The process was still the same, in the sense that we had to use Hackasaurus‘ x-ray goggles in order to edit the page, so this time around was a lot easier to do than the first time.

I decided to do a funny YouTube video promoting the Despicable Me 2 movie. The original page can be found here. Since the assignment called for creating a page that would confuse the viewers, I decided to change everything to make it seem as if the video was about a famous a-cappela group (the best one in the world to be exact).

The finished product can be found here. I decided to change everything to make it seem like the minions in the trailer were amazing singers, performed at schools, and even had an album coming out in the next couple of months. The comments were a lot of fun to change too, as well as some of the side recommended videos. All in all, this assignment was a bunch of fun and interesting to do.
