All of the Daily Create assignments that I have done so far have been videos. This is because I don’t really have a good camera other than the one on my phone to take pictures with and I am very critical of my own photography skills. My very first Daily Create was the tongue twister. I timed myself against my friend and classmate Danny to see who could say it faster the first time through. I lost.
The next one I completed was the keychain video. I think my keychain is pretty normal but you can decide for yourself.
My favorite one so far was the object in motion video. I decided to get some video of myself throwing a disc because it was gorgeous outside that day and I’ve been wanting to get my form on video to watch later. Plus, I love how a disc moves and what you can do with it. My friend blocks the camera’s view of my throws for the first couple of seconds but if you stick with it a get some good ones in. I would love to do an assignment where we teach the class something new so I can make a video about how to throw certain throws.
Lastly, I did the daily update. I was really tired and sore from playing frisbee so I made it quick.
That wraps up my first week or so of Daily Create assignments. I hope to branch out from videos in the coming weeks, but they are the easiest ones for me to make so expect to see a lot more.
