Part A; My initial thoughts would be that all of the readings are pointing towards a similar direction. That the internet will have a centralized log in of sorts (which it appears facebook or gmail is starting to pick up the mantel). They also kept pointing out how it is not about the holding and controlling the use of the site, it is allowing the masses to correct, edit, modify and do what they please with it, and creating a great environment for those masses to use it. The companies that do well, were the ones that update and evolve quickly and in a direction that users enjoy and support through use.
