This weird little boy, with no friends starts off around the middle of the happiness scale. One night he goes crazy, puts on a monster costume, bites his mom, runs away and makes a drastic drop on the scale. After a super weird boat ride he ends up on an island, being distracted by his sad little boy night he slowly creeps back up on the scale. Starts hanging around some crazy monsters. Gets to be their king, howls a whole bunch, deals with the emotional issues of the monsters. Then drops on the scale again as he almost gets eaten by one of the monsters and has to hide in a different monster stomach with a raccoon. After enough weirdness has passed he realizes he belongs back home. He travels across the sea, returns to his mother, gets to eat some cake and is happier then ever before!
