It took me some time to understand since I suck at photoshop and was trying to copy a video tutorial that was done on a 2015 version of photoshop so the end result was different form the video. I still like how it turned out though!

Making this GIF was so much fun because it looks like a neon sign and Squidward looks amazing. Even though it looks easy it took a lot of steps to make. I’m very pleased with the end result.
