MTA will be upgrading to new, high-tech buses throughout the Queens neighborhood starting next month. These buses are goaded to be stronger, more convenient, and more connected to the mass transit system.

Continue reading →My mom finally bought a NutriBullet…years later ! I’m obsessed with it. I’ve been trying to eat healthier lately and this was a great way to help me start my journey. Inside the box were a few suggested recepies you could start off with, so I figured it was best I start with the phase 1 recepie.

I used a few pictures from a time I would never forget, my first experience visiting a friend away at college. I had a BLAST to say the least. It was turnup time from I stepped foot off the bus. My first college spring break definitely went down in the books.

After an amazing game beating the Houston Rockets, leaving Curry with a total of 34 points, little Riley sure did steal all his shine. They do say April showers bring may flowers. Bright skies with some wind doesn’t stop New Yorkers from enjoying the nice weather after a horrible winter. On the weekdays I have to wake up bright and early, and just when I think I can sleep in on the weekends, something almost ALWAYS comes up ! Just hearing the sound of my alarm every morning makes me want to SCREAM and break it😡😡. And continuously setting it back only makes matters worse. You’re now late and scurrying all around the house trying to gather your belongings. Times like these you’re almost always bound to leave something important behind😩😩. I left my keys home the other day due to a case just like this and was locked out of my house for an entire hour. Thank god for great friends and facetime, which made time pass by a bit quicker until my mother came to my rescue.
Continue reading →An animated gif assignment on DS106 was to create an animated gif of a sports moment to be played over and over again, known as the Highlight Reel. This was a little tough for me because the only time I pay attention to sports or what’s going on in sports news is when I’m with my male friends.

I knew when I watched movies the hits and punches were fake, but I never knew all of those sounds were pre-recorded. One may look at this task and say, “Omg, that must be the easiest job ever. Who wouldn’t want to get paid to do that on a regular basis.” But if you think about it, it’s actually not that simple.
