Yesterday’s prompt to take a photo to illustrate attraction was a little tricky.  I tried to think of things that I am attracted to.  Basketball and big speakers, yes, but growing up in a mostly Italian family, food was also high on the list.  My mother used to talk about “comfort foods”, foods that would just put you in a better mood.  Her’s was probably a hot cup of hot coco or a glass of cheap red wine.  Mine might be lasagna, but waking up to a hot cup of coffee and an English muffin sitting on my back steps is a beautiful thing as well.

Today’s prompt of a monocrome picture was a little easier.  I wish I could take credit for this effect but it was actually a setting on my camera phone.  I figured my 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse would make a great photo using this effect.  I love how the shadow of the car was traced using the feature.
