    I have been channeling my inner Bob Ross all week, and after that GIF assignment, I need to remind myself that sometimes we all run into problems, which is just part of the creative flow. This week was great however, I learned a lot with my programming classes and #ds106! This weekā€™s daily creates were a lot of fun, and I especially liked the AI art generator one.     Hey everyone, for my final assignment this week, I chose to do one that covered editing a GIF. I thought this would be a relatively easy assignment, but oh no, user bewareā€¦ I started this assignment by looking up how to edit animations in Gimp, which has been a helpful tool this week, but it is not very user intuitive. After some time, I decided to look up a guide. This oneĀ hereĀ was helpful, and even more, I tried to install an additional plug-in fromĀ thisĀ recommendation. But alas, these were fruitless.     For this assignment I was tasked with making a short song on Chrome Music Lab. The title of the song is Feed Me More Paper, and symbolizes the oppression of the Printersā€™ stuggle with a lack of food-supply from itā€™s cruel masters. The Printers are coming to take over the digital art landscape, no one can escape! I wanted to write a short little song in a minor key. It kind of transformed into this rythmic pattern that reminded me of paper printing. I think for a short little song this little creative app works well enough but I didnā€™tā€¦

    I was particularly interested in this web assignment because I love technology! For the first half of the work, I was asked to count the number of open-source programs on my computer. I am a Computer science major, and I am also studying cybersecurity. The laptop I use for my daily tasks has Ubuntu Linux for its operating system. As a result, most of my programs are open source.
