Presently in the Future

From what I have read, it all makes sense..the digital world has exponentially advanced and along with it are people taking the internet into their own hands and pouring out what they have to say and dare to create. Faster and better tools have developed and more and more people can tell their stories within the internet community. It’s just so crazy to me what we have accomplished. It’s also weird that my 3 year old niece doesn’t know life before touch screens. I can give her an iPhone4S and she knows exactly what to do, the click, swish, and game navigation. With web 2.0 came the access we know today, but what will it be like in 20 years?
At first glance this class scared me because I’m pretty opposed to writing and even more to useless blogs just sitting on the internet, but after reading some of them I realized that there is some pretty cool info floating around. Blogs are great because once you publish that post it’s legit. Once it’s viewable on the interwebs it’s totally out there for anyone to see and judge. You might forget things you even knew you said.  It’s an odd interaction because at first there’s just a human and a computer, but when something is shared it’s a person and the rest of the world.
