1. Using Google or any search engine, find a movie poster that appeals to you, your choice of selection could be because its your favorite movie, you find it sarcastic etc. I chose mine because it is one of my favorite movies.

2.Save image on your desktop or in preferred file.

3. In Windows live gallery, click edit/organize or share located at the top left corner of your computer. After which you will be taken to a page that offers a variety of options.

Choose the “Retouch” button between the red eye and straighten options.

Carefully use the brush to erase all the writings on the poster.

OR

You could upload the picture onto Paint and use the eraser button to erase all unwanted writings.

4. Be sure to save your work, and then transfer the file to picasa or open with picasa.

5. The next thing you want to do it to add text wherever you so wish.

Could be in the middle, to the left, right, top or bottom. Just make it readable.

6. In Picasa, click on “Text”, which will be located on the left side.

When choosing a text for your movie poster, be creative, you could be funny or sarcastic, but the point is to make your text somehow relate  to the movie poster. Think of it this way, do I just want to be funny or I want to have a text that opens up a readers mind to a deeper understanding or appreciation for the images/characters in the poster.

7. Save your work and then upload it into Paint. What I will suggest is having the before and after pictures together to make it even more appealing to your audience.

8. Publish your work and the inspiration behind it. And then you are good to go.
