Daily create 2/13-19, a set on Flickr.

My daily create photographs for the week of February 13th-19th.

1. Take a photo of a food being served or eaten in an unconventional way- My thought process when taking this photo was based off that one episode of Seinfeld where everyone suddenly started eating their candy bars with a knife and fork and I think they may of joked about someone eating their m&ms with a spoon in that episode as well.

2. Take a photograph of a toy in action- Surprisingly when you go to college most typical people bring very few toys. So as a proxy I decided to use my Nintendo DS, no I do not consider it a toy.

3. Take a photo of an object that represents how old you feel- I remember when I was a kid and I would keep like every cent I had in my pocket, quite literally too because it was of course mostly change. So when I shifted from having jingling pockets to keeping straight bills in a wallet I decided that I felt pretty old.

4. Take a photo of a bird today- This one puzzled me a bit, I really doubted I could get a picture of a bird in this current month but then I remembered that there was a bird in my desk drawer, in a manner of speaking; no I do not trap and keep small woodland critters in my desk.

5. Take a photo of someone else’s artwork in an interesting way to make it yours- I will be 100% honest and say my heart wasn’t into this assignment for the day. I was out at Katsucon for the weekend and was a little too excited to focus on other projects for the weekend. This is a photo of Nyanko-sensei from the series Natsume Yuujinchou, all I did was edit it into a neon comparison via Picasa.

6. Take a photo of your most prized possession- Again this project didn’t get my full attention because of Katsucon as well as I was currently away from any things or people I would consider my prized possessions. However while at the convention I did just purchase these 2 beautiful katana replicas that I’m sure I will cherish for quite awhile.

7. Take a photo of that represents your job, or a job that you once had- Okay away from Katsucon and back on track. I actually took this photo somewhere near the start-ish of the semester thinking I would be able to use it for a create one day. The funny thing is I was really trying to study for a quiz coming up in my class and on the very first page that’s what I read to get me pumped up on methods. Yeah that’s a spirit breaker.
