I grabbed these images from the Noun Project, and that imported them as a layers to a GIMP project where I had already set up a white background layer. Then I just arranged them by selecting the layers and dragging them, and performed some minor edits with the eraser.

I should point out some subtle clues with this. On the woman, I broke her arm in two pieces to represent a broken arm. And I erased the Doctor’s head to suggest he dies. Other than that, suffice it to say this is one of my all time favorite movies.
