This was by far my favorite visual assignment to do. This picture of my little brother was taken after a never-ending eating session at Grandma’s house on Thanksgiving about 4 years ago. My little brother, James, is a very charismatic little boy–at least when this photo was taken, now he’s a bratty teenager but that’s another story–and he loved to joke around while the women napped on the couch. He took my mom’s heels and put them on and with my aunt’s encouragement, proceeded to strut around the living room and pose for us. Our little fashionista! That Thanksgiving was definitely a memorable one…so to capture James’ charm that night, I chose to put him in a comic book environment and followed the tutorial to turn this picture into a moment for the scrapbooks.
