NEW Assignment: A Whole New World

I just created my first assignment. It goes like this….

Take a picture of your subject (grandparents, pet, yourself) and put it into a totally different background in which they appear abnormally too small or too large. Think of Honey, we shrunk the kids.

I took a nice picture of some sweet old grandparents and then found one of my backyard.  After opening them in Photoshop I copied and pasted the people into a new image layer on top of the nature seen and SHRUNK them, by simple clicking command + T (transform) and holding down shift ( to keep dimensions same) and dragged  the corner of the picture to make them smaller.  The lighting blended pretty well so i didn’t need to add any brightness or contrst adjustments, however I did add a shadow to their feet. They are so happy and small:

Here’s another one I did just for funsies.  It’s a bit sloppy, but I couldn’t resist posting it.
