For the 1 Archetype, 5 Movies, 5 Seconds assignment (???) I chose to do the archetype of a ditzy high school girl. It’s not very hard to find characters acting like that in movies.

I picked clips from Mean Girls, Clueless, Bring It On, 10 Things I Hate About You, and Sugar and Spice. Each clip is of one of the main characters saying something ditzy or doing something a silly high school girl would do. By the way, I LOVE all these movies.

I also put the very beginning of the song Stupid Girls by P!nk over the whole thing.

This assignment was also really really easy to do. Hardest part was choosing the archetype and narrowing down which lines from which movies I wanted to use.

It’s technically 7 seconds long on YouTube (6.4 when I do it in iMovie), which I know is technically wrong and against the rules of the assignment, but I pared down the clips as much as I could while still retaining the lines I needed from them. 6.4 seconds is pretty close to 5, and I didn’t want to stress too much over it.
