Circle Chest Flyes (lying down, back on bench) 20lbs
10 reps for 4 sets
Rest of the day Core excercises
Friday: Day Off!!!!
How do you feel?
I know this routine can be kind of tough but keep with it, i know all who is sticking with it has probably started feeling or seeing results. Dont you feel better about yourself, feel like you can finally start to stick with putting in a little bit of time a day towards working out?
I know how you feel dont you worry, every time i work out with my mom i feel the same, she works a new muscle i never knew i had. She threw this workout at me last week and i was like wow! So keep at it :]
