Choose 5 exercise from the list below, perform the first one for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Rest for 3o seconds and more to second exercise and perform that one for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Rest for 30 seconds and so forth. Once you’ve finished all five exercise you start all over again and repeat until you’ve done all three times. Don’t kill yourself if you absolutely need a break take it, but remember only take breaks if needed, you’ll never see results if you always take breaks.
If your trying to tone perform the exercises 5 times a week
If your trying to build muscle while leaning perform this exercise between your usual resistance training sets (ex: superset squats with 180 degree squat jumps)
If your trying to maintain muscle perform this exercise 2-3 times a week in addition to normal weight training

1. High Knees with alternating Punches
2. Side-to-side abs twist
3. Mountain climbers
4. Front kicks on bag
5. Side kicks on bag
6. Squats with side kicks on bag
7. Squat jumps on bench
8. Side to side jumps on bench
9. 180 degree jump squats
10. Front-to-back kicks on wall
11. Jump lunges with pop squat
12. Big boys (alternating toe taps on bench)

I love this workout because it not only ties into weight lifting and gives you another option for cardio other that the elliptical or running (because we all know those get boring) but it also allows you to get a great workout at home.
As a college student i know time can be minimal and its not always possible to go to the gym, so this can be done in the time it takes you to get there all in the comfort of your home :]
