In a previous post, I talked about how my final was going to be comparing the Great Lives lecture class to ds106. One was a class that brought in distinguished lecturers and ds106, the epitome of the future for information systems and social media. However, as Steve Jobs said, do what you love. And well I really like business so i wanted to do something for business.

My idea: Create a video targeted for upcoming freshman or potential students who are considering Mary Washington or more specifically the business program will get a feel for what the major is about.

my second idea: I’ve read class descriptions, and there alright. They are boring they are plain. What if instead you had the teacher talk for a minute online about what the class is about, what you would learn, and what careers could come from it.
