This assignment was incredibly annoying because it took me forever to learn how to download a youtube video into a program that iMovie would let me import. When I finally did it the process from there on was painless. I ended up using a Firefox Add-on called Video Download Helper that made the whole downloading clips thing painless and helped calm me down to complete this 5 star assignment.

The movie I chose to do the video essay on was Academy Award Winning Forrest Gump. This movie is an awesome piece of cinema, but I chose only three scenes that highlighted the relationship between Forrest and his childhood friend and eventual baby mother Jenny.
