The assignments I chose to pre-produce are the “Play by Play” and “What Do Pets Think About?” I find that when I’m sitting around playing games or even watching tv, I like to make my own narration for everything. I LOVE playing Guitar Hero/Rock Band and grab the microphone and sing…but I don’t sing the lyrics, I make up my own ,with the same tones so that we pass, but my friends usually end up laughing until they cry! So what I think I will aim at is audio-dubbing videos because I realized this week that I’m not the best with editing video. I don’t have the video’s that I would use, but I plan to make them or find them since I know what I would like to use. I will plan to find a video of some hockey players doing some odd things on the ice and I will do a play by play commentary. For the other assignment, I would like to change it up a bit, and I have the perfect animal moment in mind. Everyone who has a kitten has a little mouse or a laser pointer that they use to make their cat run in circles, and I want to voice what I think is going through that poor animals mind! So what do I need to complete this? First I need to find or make the videos that I would like to use. Second I would need to get rid of the videos audio content. Next I would create my own audio content, as well as find sound effects that are suitable to the video. Once I have this all together, I think the biggest challenge will be to match the audio I use with the video I use.
