My goodness this was one heck of a process.  It seemed like my computer was quite against me making this .gif. I had all sorts of issues with quick time not working on my computer (apparently it was corrupted and refused to be repaired or uninstalled .  After a quick phone call from my dad, who thank the lord is good at computers, and learning how to start my computer in safe mode, I finally got everything downloaded so that I could start making this.

When it came to actually making my .gif, I decide to use the tutorial from the ds106 handbook which was extremely helpful and easy to follow. I’d recommend checking this out if you are trying to learn how to make your own .gif.

It took me about twenty seconds to decide what movie I wanted to use for my .gif.  I absolutely adore Disney movies, which I mentioned in my about page, and Tangled is my favorite of all of them. It was, however, much harder for me to pick a scene. I ended up being stuck between the scene where Rapunzel first comes into the kingdom and scene where she finally sees the floating lanterns. I’m guessing you can probably tell pretty quickly which one I picked…
