I chose to blog about Matt Poole’s rendition of The Notebook, with his “If You’re a bird, I’m A Bird”  post. The clip is hilarious, and very well done. He uses a layer of surf and bird sounds under his dialogue. Matt is clearly trying his best to imitate the female’s voice, and hilarity ensues. I was Matt’s roommate for 2 years, and happen to know that he loves The Notebook.

From the in[SPIRE] collection, I chose Candice Benshoff’s Daily Create. This picture portrays the innocence of childhood, and provides a nostalgic feeling to the viewer. While it is just one image, it speaks loudly, and leaves the viewer responsible to decide the story behind the image. Are these two children brother and sister on their first vacation? Or are they two young children meeting for the first time to play in the ocean? The possibilities are endless, but one thing is for sure, this picture makes me miss my childhood.
