Well I tried… That’s about all there is to it. Unfortunately, I was unable to get onto ds106 radio during a live show this week–as far as I could tell. I tried to get on three times, at various times of day, all week, but was unsuccessful. I think I ended up listening for a total of about 2 hours throughout the process, and the peak listeners (at the time I was listening) was 2, with a total of ten at one point. Often I was the only person listening. I also tried to get help from some of my ds106 peers on when live shows occured, because I couldn’t figure it out, but none of my classmates responded
a little confused about #ds106radio. How do I know when a live show is on?

I did, however, have a member of the ds106 community respond, which was cool. I would have liked to say it was helpful, but I only saw it when I started writing this post
@rwyrough at present the metadata at ds106rad.io:8000 doesn’t update with a live connection info – but will soon

Tragic ending to my first attempt at ds106 radio.
