It’s Time for you to Meet my Prince

Yes, that’s right. I have a man in my life, my stuffed animal duck named Quackie. Surely you would think by his name that I got him when I was very little and had zero creativity, but I got him only about two years ago and I’m obsessed. For some reason I just love ducks, but not the actually living animal. I don’t know I’m weird, but I also have a mini collection of rubber ducks which I’m sure will make an appearance this week during visual week. (Visual week was just said in my mind with a loud echo after, post-audio week problems).

So since this is my first blog about my prince, I’m wearing a tiara. Something which none of you needed to know, but now do, so you’re welcome for that. Since this week is visual week I saw it only fitting to start the week with the photography daily create about taking a picture of your favorite technology. I’m sure it’s no secret by now that I am in love with math (because it’s the world’s greatest subject), so naturally my favorite form of technology is the graphing calculator. In fact, Apple just announced a graphing calculator app that goes with Texas Instruments (which I would totally drop 30 bucks for). My goal for this week was to get more creative with my assignments, and so what a better way to do that than have a stuffed animal using a graphing calculator! I mean math is so easy a duck could do it? So here it is, my creation for the day.

Looks and Brains

I took this picture using my iPhone 4s camera and uploaded it to flickr right from there, how nifty is that! I even put the “Salamander” filter on it for a more interesting look!
