Daily Creates #6

Here are the daily creates I did for week 6:

February 18, 2013 Take a picture of something that is nice and cozy in a blanket.

Big Bear & Little Bear

My two favourite guys snug as two bugs in a rug. It was during T.J’s afternoon nap. I wish I could have been sleeping too but alas, I was busy doing homework ):

February 19, 2013 If you could be any pastry in the world, which would you be?

Not going to lie, I hate pastries and cakes and anything baked. I think it’s because my mom started her bakery business when I was 10 years old, and hate how it consumes her life. Although all of the cakes and cookies and pastries she sells are delicious, I absolutely despise them. I guess that’s a good thing, since I’m pretty sure I would weigh like 448103023 lbs if I did like them.

February 21, 2013 Represent your fondest memory in a photo, drawing, or design– do it in a nostalgic way.

High School Lacrosse

I think one of the few things I miss about high school was playing sports. I was a three-sport varsity athlete (field hockey, track&field, and lacrosse), and absolutely miss being part of a team. I tried playing in college for a little bit, but it wasn’t the same; plus I had to focus more on academics and couldn’t be as dedicated to sports as I used to be. Anyways, for the photo, I edited it on Pixlr by using a vintage-looking filter I found and a frame that reminds me of a polaroid (because whenever I think of old photos, I think of polaroid pictures).
