There are many different genres.  For movies these tend to range from the well know, action, comedy to thriller and drama.  Books have fiction, nonfiction, teen, biography and more.  Youtube also has genres.  I did not think about this until I read through the examples on this page.  I love the genres parodies and time laps.  These along with many others listed are so unique to youtube.  They are fun to watch and it is great to view them knowing someone like me probably created them.

I added this video to Everyday Life as a Musical because it s takes a normal life event and makes it into a musical event that you would think would only be in the movies.  At this point the sere number of musical proposals could potentially make it a category all its own:

I also added this video to Musicians with a Casue.  Many of the singers from the Disney Channel got together to create this song to encourage people to make a change in the world.  One of the main focuses was to show the importance of the enviornment.
