Not exactly my house, but this is part of my community garden plot. The bed at the back was entirely overrun with weeds – so much that you couldn’t even see the few poor beets that were trying to survive amidst the clover and crabgrass. About an hour later, I’d managed to liberate the whole carrot and beet bed. After this bed, I weeded out the peppers and broccoli and the herb garden.

There’s still quite a bit of work to do, but thanks to Unfuck Your Habitat, this great Tumblr I’ve been following, I managed to screw up the willpower to conquer some weeds. Next up: my kitchen and that awful corner in my dining room where all the important papers go to die.
