And They All Lived Happily Ever After

Looking back my reflection from week 3 about what digital storytelling is I agreed with a lot of things that I had said earlier, but I realized the digital storytelling is so much more. It’s a community that I never thought I would be a part of. I think the best way to describe what digital storytelling is is through the assignment that we did last week involving photo shopping another picture to tell a different story. It’s a storytelling experiment that I am excited to be a part of. People all have the same media, but so many different things come out of it. I was able to express my personality by making just a few minor adjustments, and next thing you know I am talking about geometry. It truly is amazing.

I really enjoyed digital storytelling a lot, it is a great way to express yourself in various different ways. People always have one form of expressing themselves, but now I have tons. The possibilities are truly endless and I am excited to even use assignments from the assignment bank in my classroom. It’s a great way to learn and it’s a great way to keep students engaged as well. What can I say? I think I am now #4life.

Thanks for reading!
