EMERGENCY: Pockets in For Surgery

Im very sad to report that Pockets, Tim’s German Sheppard needs to go in for eye Surgery today. Pockets has been through a lot since he was a puppy. Within the first couple weeks of having him pockets had Parvo, a disease that is usually fatal. Thankfully he pushed through that and grew up strong and well, but he does have a history of ulcers in his eye. Last month he was taken to the vet because his little brother scratched the outter layer of his eye and he was on a few different drugs for a few weeks. Yesterday we noticed his eye was acting up again so they took him in again to find another ulcer but this time he needed surgery because hes on the last layer of his eye. He is at the emergency vet right now and hopfully we will be able to pick him up tonight. Please cross your fingers for my little pooch. I hope that this surgery helps him in the long run.
