Today, paparazzi spotted hip-hop artist, Kanye West, in the deserts of Arizona today. He was seen arguing with ead tree it seems. In his words: “I’m gonna let you finish, but the great oak is the best tree of all time!” What else can you expect from a future presidential candidate?

To begin with, this assignment was three and a half stars and its requirements were to edit a celebrity somewhere you wouldn’t  think of seeing them. As you can see, I created a little story about Kanye arguing with a tree in the desert. I know he maybe a little wacky, but he or any sane person wouldn’t argue with a tree in the middle of the desert. Then again, Kanye West is pretty unpredictable, so who knows.

To create this wacky image of Kanye West in a desert , I opened the images of said desert and the hip-hop artist in GIMP.

As shown above, I used the free select tool to select the bush and make a layer out of it. I then moved the Kanye West image below that layer(Layer and Pasted Layer), so he would appear behind the bush as seen in the image below.

The steps behind this assignment were fairly simple and I hope my directions are able to help someone create their own wacky image of a celebrity doing something unexpected.
