Burgers

Well, that was pretty strange. I was having a pretty average day until this guy called. I wonder what his problem was. Demanding a million dollars, buying a million burgers, insulting the operator, something definitely was up with this guy. I do hope he is okay because he seemed to be in a lot of pain before the call ended. He was probably was jusy drunk and hungry, but I guess I will never truly know.

For this three and half star assignment, I decided to make wacky 911 emergency call. I was originally going to use the episode of Spongebob Squarepants where a guy was screaming chocolate, but I decided to go with this YouTube Poop video below that I found about burgers and a million dollars. Don’t worry, YouTube Poops don’t involve actual poop.

Just like my previous audio assignments, I used Audacity to help put together all of the audio and record my voice. I mainly used the Split tool under Clip Boundaries to grab certain parts of the audio from the video to make this 911 call amusing and weird.

The final part of the creation of this audio assignment involved me using the Time Shift Tool to rearrange the audio I spliced up earlier to help give it flow. I also used it to make sure that all of the different pieces of audio were in order before exporting the assignment.
