Light in the Darkness

This is my light in the darkness. The oringinal photo is from my high school graduation. I lit this to commemorate that a new light was being lit in my life, a new path was being forged. I used FotoFlexer and connected it to my Flicker account. FotoFlexer is a very easy tool to use for those who are not very technologically savy, like myself. It was semi-easy for me to navigate my way around the page to figure out how to gray out what I did not want to “pop.” I simply played around with all of the tabs on top of the site to figure out which tool I would need. This image I love because of the back contrast with the new grey. The light is really able to shine forth and stand out, like I want to be able to do, after high school.
