Assignment: If Movie Posters Told The Truth

I just saw The Vow with Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams because of it’s supreme chick-flick attraction with great actors and an intriguing story line.  I don’t know why I had such high expectations…great movies just aren’t made any more.  I liked the plot, but the characters were underdeveloped and the writing was too cliche.  Basically it was The Notebook meets 50 First Dates. (There was even a line that was exactly the same from the The Notebook.)

Anyways, here are two posters that play on what I actually saw vs. what was portrayed by the media.  I used photoshop and instead of erasing the old titles I just found a similar picture to the movie poster and added text and some color adjustments.  I couldn’t decide on which poster to post for this assignment,  so I just did two different versions.
