The objective of this assignment is to take a title of a well-known book and re-design the cover to suggest something entirely different. I chose the novel, “The Art of Racing in the Rain” which is something that I’ve read recently and really enjoyed.  The novel is told through the eyes of a dog, who has educated himself by watching television and by listening very closely to the words of his master, who is an up-and-coming race car driver.  I decided to give this bookcover a twist and now it appears to come off as more of a romance novel because of the silhouette of a couple walking together in the rain.
