Characterizing Howl’s Moving Castle

Still keeping myself busy with video and it doesn’t look like I’ll be able to let up any time soon. Following up my earlier written review of the movie Howl’s Moving Castle I have characterized both Sophie and Howl, the protagonists of the film, in this video essay:

Like my last video the overall process wasn’t hard but the real difficulty was in choosing which scenes to illustrate my points. I was trying to make the movie last as close to 5 minutes long as possible but I ended up going over that just by a few minutes.

On another note after making these past 2 videos I’ve been considering how to utilize this video review format for my final project anime review. Along with some written reviewing, I think this could be a good means of going over key scenes in anime; as well as making character highlight videos to describe some of the stars of anime.
