I hope everyone following has had a succesful week in prepping the their body and i bet you already feel so much better with just that little amount of work, now just think about if you continue to work out and how much healthier, fitter and better you will feel!
I know running sucks sometimes but you are going to have to continue to run its or going to go away sadly. From now on i want you to incorporate running or some other kind of cardio into your excercise every other day whether it be you make it a nice long run and that be your only workout or you do 30 minutes of lifting and 30 minutes of cardio or a good circuit training where yu keep your heart going the whole time. (Dont worry ill teach that in no time!)
Abs are going to be a must as well, but we will get to that later.
Now I know going to the gym everyday can be hard, especially when your crammed with school work, work or just a hectic schedule so i found this nifty website that has a couple neat ways of working ut in your own home. check it out!
