Assignment: Movie Trading Cards                                                                                              Worth: 4 Stars

These are movie trading cards of characters from the movie Shawshank Redemption, one of my favorite movies I have ever seen. I chose this movie because it is one that touched me allot when I first seen it; it’s one I can watch over and over again.

The process I took to create these cards was fairly simple. It was all a matter of getting a Topps baseball card outline from Google, once I had that it took simple editing with Gimp to put them together.

Steps:

1. Find Topps baseball card outline from Google.
2. Find Images of movie characters from Google.
3. With the use of Gimp I edited the pictures into the outline as well as adding text.
4. I saved them as a JPEG and added them to my Flickr account.
