
Tip: DRINK YOUR WATER!!! you need to drink lots and lots of water and sty away from carbonated beverages
Today is another running day! Dont forget to get your body ready for the weeks to come.
I started off with a couple of stretchs and let Pockets (my running buddy, run around in the yard a little.)
We then ran a full 3 miles, no walking. and cooled down with a couple stretches. For the more advanced people your final stretch try sprinting.Dont be discouraged if you have to stop some times, never kill yourself or you’ll never want to continue and just think of it this way, even if you didn’t quite accomplish what you wanted to, you worked out today and that’s better than nothing. Every little bit counts, so good for you!
What I Ate:
breakfast Whole grain cereal with strawberries in it, fruit and a glass of water
snack special k granola bar
lunch peanut butter and banana sand which, glass of water
snack string cheese and apple sauce
dinner salad with a protein, alfredo noodles
