The wonderful world of Creative Commons. (CC)

Creative Commons” is actually a sort of copywriting organization. They work along side copyriting your work so people can’t steal your pictures, music, blog posts, ect. They allow the public to share your work while giving you credit. A creative commons license is not a copyright, but it does the same thing. (maybe even better) Creative Commons allows you to have the freedom to choose what people can do with your work. You can allow people to use it for personal use, but not commercial use or you can allow people to use it for commercial use, and not personal use. (who would do that?) Creative commons is essentially copyright for the internet. Copyright is a little limited seeing as how it dates back pre-internet.

Creative Commons sounds fantastic, maybe I should get a license for my photography work… Hmm.
