The first daily create I chose to do this week was to represent either the number 3 or 3 items together. So I chose to represent 3 corresponding items because I thought this would be a cool take on the assignment. My friend has a lot of sneakers, so I took them out of her closet and lined them all up (they all happened to be Nike too, so it made the photo look even sharper that way)!

The next daily create was kind of a silly one for me. It was meant to have a “serious” take on mini golf. But I kind of took it in a more silly/sarcastic direction… Whenever I think of people who are really serious about something, I think of how their attitude is like I LIVE I BREATHE THIS blahblahblah so that’s how I approached my drawing of mini golf this week:

My favorite one of the week was the one about merging two random companies and the weird products they would make. It was fun to try to think of possible companies and what would happen if they merged together. I was in the library while doing this assignment and right by the little cafe… So a lot of my first ideas had to do with Starbucks. Like Starbucks Vans… a shoe designed with the Stabucks logo. Loving Vans shoes, I thought this would be cool (but turned it down later… too hard to draw). I ended up with Orbit iPod. So every time you chewed a piece of gum, you would hear a song played. And with each new piece, you get a new song.
